> **Cons**: Can be a little heavy on the technical side when first starting out. I have technicians that struggle with it on first start up. It feels a little unique per say but once it's learned there is comfortability and ease of access does come.

They have so many great modules available for different environments to help admin and facilities staff.  The helpful tips and instructions have step by step set up and trouble shooting.  The best part of all is their customer service.  I am always happy to get my cases or questions answers quickly.  They also follow up with you about the case to ensure your request was completely resolved.  I also enjoy the training they provide and all the help we receive during their annual conferences.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the upgrades shift our information or setup in our forms.  Good practices are sometimes changed, and we need to adjust to the new process or look for them in different areas.

> **Pros**: WebTMA is a vast and extensive program. It can handle all of our work control task tracking. This product handles equipment inventory from major system level view, like a building HVAC System with chillers or cooling towers, down to the exact component VAV or a valve. It can tie it to a building/room/area and even place it on a reoccurring Preventative Maintenance schedule that issues alerts as often as needed to the assigned parties. The program can establish checks and balances on approval for procurement. It time stamps and identifies the users making changes. This program can track procurement, Preventative Maintenance, Keys, Capital Assets (Fleet, Equipment, Buildings, Etc.), Labor and Material rates. It can also send customer satisfaction surveys to end users. Overall it is a very powerful program and without it we would not be a quarter as effective or efficient as we are with it.

> **Cons**: The draw back with such a powerful and extensive program is that it does require training. It takes time and use to master it. However, it is very intuitive and user friendly and the WebTMA personnel are always available to support.
> 
> This program is an absolute beast. It allows us to respond to emergencies, maintenance issues, tie those work orders to a procurement package, and tie everything to a project if needed. This program is a workhorse and we are extremely pleased with it. Our experience has been nothing but positive. It is the most powerful tool we have when it comes to Facilities. We can live without AutoCAD, without, SolidWorks, without RS Means - but, there is no way we could continue operations effectively without WebTMA.

> **Pros**: TMA is such a robust product that it is able to meet the needs of several different departments/industries/work types. It encompasses the tools needed by all levels of worker, from Director/Owner to Management on down to the individual technician.  Work order management, physical key control, inventory, cost control, space management, the list goes on.  TMA's abilities are multiplied by interfaces that communicate with dozens of other software applications used by facilities across varied business types.  The best part is the multi-platform functionality of their product.  Whether you work in an office or are mobile there is a solution that will make your job easier.
