> **Pros**: Interactive, consumer support tool very helpful for  instant queries with customers but also internal staff questions. Having instant transcripts helps the coaching and development of staff interfacing with customers.

> **Cons**: Could be clearer whether you are talking to a customer or a staff user of the system thereby identifying who you are dealing with. There is.  Time out option which could be longer
