Our items cover everything from an envelope in the mail to a 450 lb custom bar that needs to be set up in a customer’s home. The FreightPOP software provided a single system to manage and track custom rates across 85 carriers for domestic and international shipments. Using their API structure, we were able to integrate directly with their system to reduce manual entry and several “touches” for our shipping teams.
