In a gist, it can: Create event registration form; Support credit card payment for tickets; Integrate registrants from other promo channels like Eventbrite; Send out personalized confirmation and reminder via email and SMS; Smoothen check-in process; Print out badges; Send out thank you email and survey. I really like their Check-In app which can project real-time check-in statistics, which is really helpful when reporting such figures to management with breakdown on guest category, and to see which guests are VIP so the staff at reception counter know which badges to hand out. Check-in can be done via QR code scanning, searching on guest name or company name, and it also supports walk-in registration. Another great feature is the "Bulk Update", meaning guest details can be updated in bulk immediately, but not edit the details one-by-one. This is especially important for event organizers who always need last minute change and want to get it done without waiting a third-party agent to respond. > > **Cons**: Not really.
