Easy to see revenue and cost margins on each order and status of the orders as each status has a different color. Filters were easy to use for reporting. > > **Cons**: Customer service was slow at responding to issues and needed customizations. Divisions did not default so reclasses were needed to be done at month end. Had to manually export everything to another accounting system for most reporting. > > Needed more customizations for everything to work as needed for accounting. Lots of errors were never explained and were faulted on intermittent system glitches.
