Pros:

1. Ease of use 2. Integrations with linkedin, facebook, Indiamart etc 3. One click exotel and whatsapp connection 4. Low price compared to other platforms 5. Single solution for lead management and marketing tool. 6. Bulk email and sms feature

Comments: i dont have words , because i am very happy with crm and i am using crm last 2 years , they help out in any situation and followup also good , and they are doing very good job and i am not facing any issues between my work and doing very smooth in crm thanks to corefactor.

Pros:

its a friendly crm and its a very easy to filter all modes , and lease capture fast very useful and customer support also good and one of the spoort team in corefactor [sensitive content hidden] very helpful peron he done good job ,overall i am very happy about the crm service

Cons:

i didnt like only one thing , leads box loading only , but issues resolve also
