This is a very easy to use software.. Not much training is required to use this software.. It is Easy to update lead status in the software.. Though the mobile application of this software is not that great.
Cons:
As earlier said, mobile application of this software is not that great / user friendly. For Marketing Automation, many more features if implemented will be helpful..
