Comments: Being a starup we wanted a affordable, easy to use, single solution for marketing and sales CRM which teleduce has properly fulfilled.

Pros:

1. Ease of use 2. Integrations with linkedin, facebook, Indiamart etc 3. One click exotel and whatsapp connection 4. Low price compared to other platforms 5. Single solution for lead management and marketing tool. 6. Bulk email and sms feature

1. Customomizable dashboard based on different custom queries.

Pros:

This is a very easy to use software.. Not much training is required to use this software.. It is Easy to update lead status in the software.. Though the mobile application of this software is not that great.

Cons:

As earlier said, mobile application of this software is not that great / user friendly. For Marketing Automation, many more features if implemented will be helpful..
