It can manage payroll, employee benefits, workers compensation etc. Employees can also track their time off or view paystubs. It can be used in a variety of different settings, but would be a great for a staffing firm in particular. I really like the feature that has been added for employee onboarding online (aka go paperless\!). You can get Worklio up and running easily, as you do not need an IT background to do so.
