> **Pros**: It is logical and easy to use, tracking very closely with Oil and Gas standard practices and procedures. The quality function is interconnected with the manufacturing function, information is readily available in all functions, reports can be kept to a minimum as screen fields show what is required. Extremely flexible and accommodating software.

> **Cons**: Need some improvements in the part master module. Documentation and reference information is not typically available.
> 
> Software perfectly suited to the Oil and Gas industry where manufacturing predictability and control, delivery and traceability are coupled with excellance in quality monitoring and measurement with inbuilt analysis for continual improvement.

> **Pros**: Easy, friendly and straight forward layout to be use and understood.  Most information can be retrieve within seconds. Also the ability to customize some feature to the operation need within the function is a job well done.

> **Cons**: Need improvement on glitch right after any update or addition to the system. eg: report not able to generate, font not appearing and wrong font appearing.
> 
> Been using this software since end of 2014. Informative software to  be use as monitorind and keeping track record for personnel, process and data for improvement. Have not had the chance to experience other similar software around. Though having its downside but most of it is on the positive side with good function and fast support response when in need.
