The new-age capabilities offered by braze such as intelligent timing, AI assistant for liquid, AI Copywriting assistant are the gamechanger. The multichannel support and real time data which helps in better customer retention. > > **Cons**: I wish Braze had a separate, dedicated section for email creation and management. Currently, the email needs to be created and managed in the campaign or canvas directly where sometimes it becomes difficult to manage incase of complex journeys where multiple peoples are working on the same canvas.
