Also - I feel completely scammed by signing up with them due to me signing a contract that is 3 years long. I had NO idea and completely trusted my sales rep and all the people that I spoke to over the phone and email when signing up. I hate contracts and I would have never signed up for one if I had known----especially a 3 year contract. I am very disappointing that they "kept" this from me and although I was the one to sign the documents electronically, The contract was NEVER disclosed to me. Very disappointed in that. Other than that - the service is a very good service. Its a bit tricky to get everything integrated and build out so that you can have your company phone systems running well.
