If you sign for their scamic specials, then they will automatically charge you upon end of your service at a full rate(price) as they did us. Upon the first day that of their unconsented renewal, we reached out to them for a refund, they refused, they stopped the serice which they had charged for three month in advance. And up to date have refused to either provide the service which they had charged for or issue a refund. We are in process of legal action and will publicize its result. Furthermore on the product side, their SMS service does not work, if the carrier for whatever reasons mark your sms as spam, their system will continue sending sms to waste and sometimes it takes a day for them to reissue a code for you to restart your campaign. And if you really want to monitor it, you will need a full time person glued to screen monitoring the sends every seconds, Not Practical. The speed of their IVR and RVM is not ideal either. and if you need to buy more speed, then you will be paying a lot more.
