The ability to allow all of workers to connect through a single app and see everything they need to see for their job that day

Some of the abilities need to be updated because it's still a little janky on Android

Full circle - off at prior company, new company on ADP

4.0 10 months ago

Comments: I have been using ADP at all levels for 15 years + at 4-5 companies. I migrated my prior company off of ADP onto a different platform. I left that company as we were migrating/implementing...and the new company is using ADP workforce now. I like the individual attention that the level of support we have, but in the prior companies we were generally stuck in the helpline mess or getting passed between next on call.

Pros:

dependable, but always there. As long as you are not in the general support services line (which is poor) the business level service support is timely.

Cons:

way too complicated. Not pure SaaS and is a mainframe type system.

ADP Workforce is a decent product

3.0 3 weeks ago New

Comments: My overall experience is that ADP Workforce is fair. There are some decent parts of it, but overall, I think there is room for improvement.

Pros:

the mobile app allows users to clock in with face ID making the clock in process simple. I also like the ability to "Quick Clock".

Cons:

ADP is clunky and often lags when internet is anything less than optimal. Given that I can only clock in and out when I'm at my employer's location where internet is subpar, that presents difficulties tracking time accurately.

ADP Work Flow Past Experience

5.0 2 months ago New

Comments: ADP has the ability to integrate with different software programs, which can be useful for streamlining workflows. In addition, I think that the integrations help to improve efficiency, and it was a positive overall experience with the program.

Pros:

The ADP Workforce Now features most frequently used by my company were the ADP report and payroll functionality. The report feature was helpful for determining the health of my department's budget. We could quickly gather essential data to determine whether we were on track or on budget. Payroll was easy to process and ensured our workers got paid on time, which is a major plus in my opinion. These features made managing and understanding all our people's data significantly easier.

Cons:

Overall, the customer service was definitely delayed with responding at time. Some of the pricing was a bit higher than I had anticipated. However, I did find that the platform was a bit difficult to customize. There were definitely some customizations I had in mind that I simply couldn't do, which was a huge bummer. The platform has the potential to be extremely versatile, but it seemed like some of its features were really built with smaller businesses in mind. I think this is one feature of ADP Workforce Now that could definitely use improvement.

ADP Workforce Now: Game Changer

4.0 last month New

Comments: Overall experience has been good with ADP. It is user friendly and the customer support does help alot. My only complain is the login issues which I am hoping gets resolved soon

Pros:

The ADP workforce now is easy to use and has a lot of features. The timeoff features, approval is easy which can be even used from home

Cons:

The issue I have constantly faced with ADP is it's login. Everytime i try to login with my user id and password it keeps on looping me to same page till i say forgot user name and then it gives me the same user name i have been using but then let's me log in finally. This really should be looked into

Pretty solid payroll product.

4.0 5 months ago

Comments: Have used the product since 2017 as a high level practitioner, about 2800 employees over 3 company codes. I have found the payroll service to be reliable, of high quality and pretty user friendly as the user gains experience.

Pros:

Excellent reporting functions, very good core product with reliable delivery. Ability to do time data imports / mass updates very good.

Cons:

ACA / benefits module was a bit funky, did not want to recognize an offering that did met MEC but not MV. For that reason, we used another solution for ACA filings.

4.0 4 months ago

Pros:

How it is very user-friendly in term of employee use and admin use.

Cons:

Tax help resolved

5.0 6 months ago

Comments: Accounting and I wanted some tax related questions answered, so we called ADP. Also, we wanted to make some changes to a W-2 and was able to get the problem resolved.

Pros:

As a new employee who uses this software, I found no issues with it whatsoever. It was user friendly and comprehensive; further, I was able to get my work done in an expeditious manner.

Cons:

Technical support resulted in calls being transferred from one assistant to another; however, our problem was resolved and that was greatly appreciated.

ADPWFN, still unbeatable when it comes to HRIS services

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: ADPWFN is a one-stop shop for your HRIS needs.

Pros:

ADPWFN is very customizable. It even has a payroll calculator to check the net proceeds an employee will get for his pay. 401k deductions and remittances are also integrated into this SAAS, which lessens the hassle of having a different service provider.

Cons:

Their billing is quite confusing. There are charges that are not obvious as to when they occurred. Customer service agents are not equally trained and knowledgeable.

ADP WFN - payroll as it should be

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: We had a fast implementation but also a successful one. Our employees are happy and have much more access to total comp. The taxes are handled efficiently with plenty of communication if any changes come through.

Pros:

It is very intuitive and the implementation process is thorough and accurate. The reporting module is outstanding with already written reports to creating your own. The communication from ADP is second to none.

Cons:

There was some misunderstanding during implementation but easily resolved. I don't like that the benefits module is a 2nd phase as opposed to rolling out with the payroll module. It will require a 2nd go round of payroll auditing.

ADP - The best in Employee Management

5.0 6 months ago

Comments: Overall incredibly happy with the suite that they provide, and it's the best one I've seen yet.

Pros:

Seamless all in one portal with an amazing amount of tools for employees to utilize from time off to payroll and more.

Cons:

Could do with a better management of payroll options for disbursement, and it would be nice to have a faster way to take time off.

ADP WFN - Employer Admin Experience

3.0 6 months ago

Comments: I think their customer service general line for employers is pretty good but the account managers assigned to the accounts are just not high quality account managers. They lack communications and follow ups. There have been many times where they AM contradicts themselves and are just not confident in their responses and end up giving us direction that is just not correct.

Pros:

I think the ATS functionality is very neat and user friendly. I love that you can customize it to fit your recruitment process, uploading templates for communications, status changes, posting questions, etc. I do like that there is an integration with Ziprecruiter as well and the ability to add a referral progam.

Cons:

I think the access permissions and the ability to create security profiles i think is just not a strong point. There have been several times when trying to assign admin permissions that will just not work as intended or end up creating another problem like the restrictions in the profile caused them to not have access to another function when it should not be related, etc.

Using ADP for over 10 years and love it!

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: Overall I have had a great experience using ADP workforce now. It is very user friendly and walks you through each step of the process. It makes it easy for employees to determine their tax deductions on their own which saves time.

Pros:

I like that it can easily be accessed by any internet browser in the office. I also like that it shows everything in one place such as paycheck stubs and retirement accounts.

Cons:

What I like least is that on occasion the website will down and we will not be able to clock in/out or view paycheck stubs/

Works with a clean look

4.0 6 months ago

Comments: This is one of the most popular time and payroll management software out there. Almost everyone uses it and I'm familiar with it. The looks and function of the menus have improved over the years. I don't have many complaints about ADP. I think it's pretty good.

Pros:

The UI is simple and clean. Most menus are organized in a way that seems intuitive, like where to find calendars for PTO or time clock function. It's definitely one of the most popular timesheet and payroll software out there.

Cons:

For non-salary employees, it used to be hard to find the place where to clock-in and clock-out. This has definitely cleaned up over time and now in a more prominent place. I remember signing up for benefits through ADP for the next year and the W9 part is confusing. It steps you through with questions rather than filling out the form, then puts in the answers for you. I accidentally claimed too much and didn't get federal taxes taken out and had to add in extra money to make up for it.
