> **Pros**: The pricing and helpfulness of the Sales rep and the account specialist. Everyone was helpful during the onboarding process and trying to get me set up with everything. Pricing was a huge point for me and this is almost half the price of any other pay company I have been with

> **Cons**: The amount of work to bring employees from current service to primepay. Have to do a lot of manual transfer of reports and information.

> The information session was very friendly and helpful. Compared apples to apples. After the sales person went through the information, I was transfered over to my account specialist who was able to log in with me and get some of the information the needed through a web call. Now just in the process of getting employee information over.
