Non-intuitive configuration for relating expenses against requisition
Time taken per receipt significantly exceeds value of receipts
No opportunity to set defaults
Poor character recognition of receipt images
And a buffer overflow bug makes it possible to see expenses from unrelated users from time to time.

> I hate this product. It is the pinnacle of everything that is wrong with procurement when it is the organisation's bottom line, rather than the efficient use of end users' time, that is the only consideration.

And that is not to mention private data and financial record leakage, nor the high risk of incorrect data entry.

A shameful example of bad design.
