It’s simple for the team to use, works well on site and in the office, and has helped us keep tighter control over costs and margins. > > **Cons**: The main downside we’ve found is that Nexvia really only delivers its full value when everyone uses it properly. Like any good system, it relies on the team being disciplined about entering information, updating jobs and working inside the platform rather than around it. Once that habit is established it works extremely well, but it does require a bit of change management at the start > > Nexvia has been a game-changer for our shopfitting business. It keeps our projects, drawings, variations and approvals all in one place, which has dramatically reduced mistakes and double-handling. We're doing high-end fitouts for retail and commercial spaces, and being able to track every detail from initial quote through to final delivery really matters. The system integrates beautifully with our accounting processes, which has eliminated so much double-handling of data.
