> **Pros**: It works consistently, this is critical of any communications tool. You can setup and forget and when you have need of another feature it is fairly simple to implement. If you have any trouble the tech support personnel are outstanding and patient.

> **Cons**: I do have trouble at times installing the updates. They are not too frequent but I usually have to try multiple times to get an update installed.

> We have been using the OnSIP product for over 10 years and have yet to outgrow its features. Very pleased with its consistent performance

The often have to log out and login again to keep their ONSIP working remotely. We also have issues with transferring calls/often needing to hang up and give it a second try.
