> **Pros**: The ability to personalize templated emails and run them through sequences. Good insights and reporting.

> **Cons**: Pretty buggy. Duplicated records in Salesforce multiple times. Not easy to bulk send, which is good for forcing more customization, but can be inefficient. Overall, great bang for the buck, but sometimes you feel like you get what you pay for.

> Led to a strong process change within our sales team of utilizing standarized templates for mass emails, and forced us to be more data driven in our sales outreach.
