It goes beyond reservations to also track guest preferences as well as event booking and fees. The scalability of the platform as well as the incredibly responsive customer support and development team members have made this a great answer for us to ditch our 3-ring binder reservation book \! > > **Cons**: When you first start using the app, you may feel overwhelmed if you are a small restaurant just looking to digitally manage reservations. Fortunately, you can slim down the app to only do what you need. Don't want to do table selection? Turn it off. Don't want to track server rotation? Turn it off. Don't want to have to automatically confirm every reservation as they are made online? Set it up to automatically accept X-number of guests per X-amount of time, beyond that threshold the guest will be told their reservation must be reviewed by staff to be confirmed. Really, the negative that this software is too robust for even the smallest restaurant can't be said, because it can be controlled feature by feature to only do what you need\! > > Working with HostMe App has been awesome.
