> **Pros**: Ease of use and functionality.  Other software was too cumbersome or too light.  Solid Innovations had the right balance of robustness, simplicity and value.

> **Cons**: We've had some bugs which were ultimately fixed.  This is an inconvenience, but because of good communication I felt issues always were worked out to my satisfaction.

> No need to enter sales into our system at the end of the day.  Route drivers are doing that as they deliver - HUGE benefit.
