Even basic tasks require multiple steps, and the navigation feels dated and disjointed. Customizing reports or workflows often requires an expert or outside consultant, which adds unnecessary cost. The interface is slow, cluttered, and difficult for non-technical users, and onboarding new employees to the system is consistently time-consuming.
