With the production factors and pricing already built into each line item, I can prepare and send quotes to customers more quickly, which helps us win more work. > > **Cons**: I found the subcontractor auto-expense feature difficult to use and not very accurate. When you have 50–60 sites being serviced by different subcontractors, you should be able to enter each subcontractor’s production rates and pricing factors ahead of time. Then, when the occurrence is completed and the percentage is entered on the ticket, the system should automatically calculate an accurate amount to use for the purchase order. It is possible that I was not using the feature correctly, but overall, managing subcontractor expenses and getting the purchase orders to match the exact dollar amounts was a major headache this winter. > > Overall, I still believe I have a lot to learn about the system.
