CFS Tax Tools is most helpful for quickly filling-in Power of Attorney forms -- IRS 2848 and CA Form 3520. It also allows you to quickly print envelopes to clients and government agencies in whatever way desired. It also has a long list of worksheets to help resolve client's questions. CFS Small Business Tools provides fill-in forms for business entities. So if you have a simple or zero return to file on paper, there is no variable cost. CFS Payroll System allows you to create and print 1099 forms. It's best if you need complete control over this process, or prepare a large volume of forms because there is no variable cost. 1099 Efiling is also available. > > **Cons**: Sometimes the printing process is tricky.
