This made it real easy to learn the software during the transition to Kechie, and it made it easy to teach the various members of my team that would also be using the new software. Second, is the fantastic customer support\!\!\! Every time we have issues (which was very rarely), the Kechie support team is all over it and takes great care of us\!\! Even if we we're trying to do something outside of the scope of the software, they are very helpful in finding ways to make Kechie do what we needed.
