> **Pros**: 1. The software is very minimalistic so you cannot go wrong in a lot of places. This has really helped us onboard new users very quickly on the system.
2. If you understand the flow - you can get your job done very fast. This is a lot better than the earlier process where we would spend many days on the appraisal process. 
3. The support is excellent (as perhaps it is a smaller company). So we can directly reach out to the team for  product enhancement features (our last request got rolled into a feature within 4 weeks\!)

> **Cons**: 1. There is WIP so new features getting added so  potentially new things for the team to learn. This is not necessarily a bad thing but requires a certain extra effort. 
2. As many are early adopters there is no metrical "community" for users so far - should hopefully change in the near future.

In fact Metrimap started delivering value even before it got implemented as we had to "objectify" our KPIs. Till then, as the CEO, I had not really thought about it but many of our objectives were actually very vague and not quantifiable. This can as a big surprise (shock you might say). 
Using Metrimap, we were able to quickly make clear, objective, measurable criteria for success in each role. This was entered into the system and periodically reviewed. As a small business owner, this meant I could keep a tab on performance across the company, and each department - going down to the employee level.
