Requiring people to create an account seems to be too much for people to go through. Support is targeted, and collaborative when required-support staff will consult their reference library first, but are quick to consult with an additional team member if needed. 3. Support team is very accurate - they are excellent listeners/communicators - their first solution is nearly always at the center of the target > > **Cons**: I realized about 2 months into implementation that the intensive Zoom sessions needed to be split up into smaller groups on my side. Trying to teach the full team the entire suite was not as effective as training 2 team members on their specific area of the technology. Prior to Passare it might have been slightly faster to get our forms developed and integrated into the software, but that's because it wasn't web based. Passare is very responsive and fast at adding or custom designing forms for us. > > We have had a very positive experience with Passare.
