> **Pros**: Having previously used a CRM which was not built for Projects (highly frustrating), and a CRM which was built for Projects and totally customisable for your company (as in, every single thing needed to be set up from scratch before the system was even usable - ie difficult, lots of work, frustrating and inefficient unless you had a dedicated staff member working on it 5 days a week), Property Shell is an absolute dream compared to those\! I love how it's an off-the-shelf product with plenty of scope to customise where needed. The basic functionality is usually more than adequate but if you need something special then the team will either set it up for you or show you how to do it. The customer service is great. We have a dedicated account manager (who doesn't charge us like the aforementioned company did) and there's a support team on hand as well. They regularly meet with us on Teams to work through how to use the system or how to solve an issue. The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate around.

> **Cons**: Unfortunately, the inability to push listings out to Realestate.com.au and Domain.com.au. We are able to overcome it because we also have Agent Box running concurrently with Property Shell (for other parts of our business) but if we didn't have that we'd be spending a lot more time loading listings manually to REA \&amp; Domain. This is literally my only gripe with PS.

There is very little excess that doesn't complicate the system. I have had the unpleasant experience of using various CRM systems. I now only use/recommend Property Shell.
