The customer support is great , they follow through with answers and call upon completion. They are always adding new features, especially state and more so this year addressing corporate issues. The price is right and overall totally acceptable. The sales representative's response time and sales pitch were awesome. They were running a special\! Therefore the software was relatively easy to purchase and my account was quickly debited. The support personnel assigned to me was just as eager to offer assistance during the initial download of the software. However, after a recurring problem I was provided a phone number to contact Technical Support for assistance. I never submitted a return and the software was easy to uninstall. After one week I called and requested a refund. I was advised to follow the website procedure and sent a letter requesting the refund. It's been five months and there is no refund but Nexus knows I still exist because I recently began receiving calls to renew. > > **Cons**: The software was difficult to install and difficult to navigate. It's been five months since I followed the procedure for requesting a refund to no avail. Therefore, it's obviously also difficult to receive a refund.
