A one-time onboarding fee is charged at the beginning of the contract. All ZYGHT subscriptions include full access to the ZYGHT Help Desk and support services. Clients can submit incidents or feature requests via the platform or email. > **Pros**: You will be able to assign to selected users the responsibility to perform a task, allowing you to manage documents in advance and simultaneously monitor the status of all the records and analyze them in detail.

> **Cons**: Before, all the incidents records must be documented in paper, a complicated process. Now, with ZYGHT, all the information can be easily saved by using the app even without internet connection (offline mode), which allows immediate and geolocation reporting.

There is no way to get PDF reports and brief reports.

I think ZYGHT must pass to the next step in where the system be able to get the information in an easy way, involve all employees in order to catch the most of the problems at the system and then makes report quickly. Open accounts maybe could be an option.
