> **Pros**: I am associated with digital marketing team at ThinkPalm Technologies, and have been using the ClickBack WEB for a long time to track the nature of website traffic. The tool aided us to identify companies who visits our website, and from which industry. With the help of detailed reporting tool, we were able to track the average time spent by each visitors on individual pages. This helped us understand our top performing pages and also pages that did not perform well. ClickBack WEB also facilitates the export of the data of website visitors, and their contact details too.
Needless to mention about their customer support. The replies and support from their end are spot-on.

> **Cons**: On the other hand, sometimes the tool doesn't respond properly, especially in the case of the scoring system. Sometimes we felt the visitors data isn't accurate, as they do not show all the companies visited except for the ones they have in their database. And on the cost side, it is a bit expensive
