> **Pros**: I have high hopes for Vaniday, having upgraded to premium a few months ago when it first launched in Australia. 
It is still early days, but it already offers almost everything other programs have. I love the promo emails, the ability to see staff rosters/ appointments on the go, and how clean and simple the app and site are.
My clients adore the ability to make appointments any time, and find the booking app easy to use (one even calling it uber for hair salons). 
It is also great advertising, and has introduced many new clients to the salon.
My staff have had no problem making the switch, telling me it is very straight forward and easy to navigate.
Customer service provided is incredible, they normally pick up a problem and call me before I even know their is an issue, I feel very at ease with the team.

> **Cons**: As I said, it is still early days, and I have absolute faith that any shortcomings will be erased with time.
Once or twice the app has been a little buggy,  would also love to see a few more features such as closed-loop gift cards.

> **Pros**: It's a calendar function can easily guide me manage customer base .. and also can put in all my appointments even it's not from vaniday web ...
