The first is session stability: I’ve noticed that the app occasionally logs me out unexpectedly, which interrupts the workflow when I’m switching between tasks or devices. Second, I would love to see more built-in communication capabilities. Right now, not being able to email tenants directly from within the app limits how centralized my communication can be. Adding native email and more robust messaging tools would make Innago even more powerful. This adds a delay to my process of signing the lease. Inability to upload expenses or create invoices from a file, i.e, I wish there was a way to upload multiple expenses from a simple text or csv file. > > I am beyond impressed and extremely happy with the experience so far on Innago. The website is very well organized, it is easy to add new tenants, edit/modify/create invoices, keep track of the finances, use filters in the income/expense sections to focus on any particular tenant/timeframe/type/etc. I have explored various features over the past few months, and really the only thing I was surprised by, and maybe that is just good to be aware of, is the inability to sign a lease from your phone, it can only be done on the website. The positives and benefits of Innago far outweigh this one downside. I cannot imagine moving to a different platform. To top it off, not a single complaint from any of the tenants so far.
