> **Cons**: I'm not too fond of the resolved feature, ideally, it helps you to keep an eye on conversations that may need to be handled at a later time, but the fact that you have to select resolved after every reply can be cumbersome. I am also not a fan of the incoming message notification chime ( it does sound off until you open the platform, which is a good thing), it does not always sound and there have been many occasions that I missed or was too late responding to messages because I received no notification.

> **Cons**: Notifications do not always send alerts, it is not possible to import multiple contacts and the keyboard controls are not intuitive.

> Experience with TextRequest overall was "mid", there were many glaring UI issues, on top of what was already mentioned. I normally tell students to text me when they need help, but with TextRequests notification issues, I have had to resort to having them call me, which makes juggling multiple conversations very difficult.
