> I was very pleased with Aware360 compared to our previous lone worker service. The customer service and technical support was outstanding. Anytime we had questions or issues they responding quickly. The usability on the mobile app and website was very intuitive and easy to learn. I was very pleased with the customization and abilities we had control over to make changes during the season that we needed, without having to go through the provider to do so.
