Very good experience for candidates and admins
Comments: We really like Toggl as our online testing platform. We started using it for our tech positions but soon other areas were using it too, e.g. operations and sales. It helps us to filter candidates and reduce the amount of CVs that we read. It is the first stage in our pipeline and with the reporting feature we could tune our questions to be very effective - we prune the ones that almost everybody or nobody is getting right. After some iterations we are really filtering the best candidates in minutes in a fully automated way based not on CVs but on abilities.
Pros:
What we like most is the overall UI and candidate experience - around 90% of candidates we get report a positive experience doing the test, even the ones that get disqualified. We also like that there are many questions of many subjects in the database, but we can modify/translate them and create our own questions As admins, we also like that support is very responsive and agile to implement bug fixes and small improvements
Cons:
What we missed most was the ability to translate the UI to candidates, this was recently implemented but our language (pt-br) is still not available. Another thing that we miss is webhooks. There is an option to trigger a slack message every time a candidate completes a test but this is triggered only for candidates that passed the minimum grade, not for every candidate. We do not want to pay for zapier to use their integration. With real webhooks we could also receive other events, such as "started test".
Amazing tool to track, and communicate with candidates
Pros:
It's very easy to use and gives us more insights into the candidates. Plus it's a facilitator to register all the communication, and notes taken during the whole process.
Cons:
I didn't have any bad experience with the tool since I'm using it.

Hundred5 is hands down the best tool out there for startup hiring.
Pros:
You can easily filter out candidates that would charm you in an interview, but actually lack the basic skills that are needed to get the job done. We can be very picky with our candidates and only accept top 1% to proceed with the hiring process. Setting up tests and launching the campaigns is very easy and straight forward and the tool also allows you to see where your traffic is coming from.
Cons:
You still need your own channels to share the skills tests and convince people that your company is worth joining.
easy way to standardize skils
Pros:
The tests are fairly straight forward. They offer us a brief insight into a developers skillset. We capture this data to communicate to clients so the accuracy is crucial.
Cons:
The common feedback we hear from Developers is that they find that it doesn't apply to real life coding situations. This could either be one of two things...1) it's true or 2) this defines a line between those developers who have strong fundamental knowledge and those who don't

Pros:
Instead of reading thousands of resumes, Hundred5 enables us to focus only on candidates who pass the basic skill threshold for any of our positions. We can rely on the hard facts about people's skills and knowledge not on bureaucratic paperwork. Automated scoring makes hiring considerably faster and cheaper. The candidates also seem to appreciate the simple and fun way of applying.

Best Coding test platform out there
Pros:
This platform is so easy to set up, They have a great user experience. Fantastic notification module i.e for every candidate that takes a test, we get notified. The support team is also superb as when we had questions. We had : 1. Documentations to help us make decisions quicker 2. We could have a call with the business manager easily to better understand our use case and then guide us to success. With the help of the Toggl team, we will be able to serve our customers better.
Cons:
None for now, because they always welcome feedback and keep to their words.
