Support is great - sometimes not instantaneous, but always helpful and the very competent TESS support team will work with you to resolve problems. > > **Cons**: Does not allow agents to 'share' clients. This limitation should go away, according to developer. Help system is good, but not always intuitive - needs keyword search feature to allow for better user support. This tool requires certain specific steps to accomplish processes, the steps are not well documented and there is a learning curve to be able to utilize many of the built-in features that make this product very useful. In other words, users can 'get by' and do basics, but to truly benefit from TESS requires more work than it needs to. > > TESS has been a great asset to our business. We've done away with some paper records and are better able to serve clients because we've configured it so anybody can access almost any information wherever they are. The price was very low and would save me time. I was using 3 programs that were not integrated versus this one that could take care of everything in one place > > **Cons**: much too complicated and some of the training/webinars needed to be attended live once a week at an inconvenient time. Although there was a decent amount of training recorded, a lot of the critical information was available via the live webinar > > frustrating, disappointing, and a waste of time at the end of the day. As noted, the features were great but seemed like this software was designed by non-industry programmers and engineers. It had the right features yet the flow and even the steps required to use the software were cumbersome and counterintuitive.
