> **Pros**: Overall, a great little product that give the Sierra Wireless modems a big "backup" piece. Since the software is designed to be reached via the cloud, it is always available, and reports come back without issues.
> 
> **Cons**: The only real design flaw is that there is traffic being sent....albeit, very little traffic at that.
> 
> Very east to use management software, with the only problem of setting up the services originally.

> **Pros**: The online management software offers a TON of features for configuring modems and setting up wireless access points.

> **Cons**: We have a number of different connectivity issues between the software and our Sierra wireless modems. Many are fixed by a simple reset but for some reason, the modems decide to revert to the previous name and template that was applied to them
> 
> Great when it works. I feel like I learn about a new configuration option for the modems every time I use it.
