We do wish that there was a direct messaging option rather than sending a link. Finally, we wish that we could remain logged into the ap on the phone as logging in takes additional time. The classroom lists are difficult to maintain as up-to-date throughout the year. > > We have confidence that our staff will receive alerts and emergency messages in a very timely manner without lag. Our staff has learned easily to log in and account for themselves and students. They will respond to any alerts and make sure that everything is okay. In addition, it is valuable that we have the ability to connect with 1st responders. They will work with your current SIS to get everyone into the system and then will be able to provide for you class lists during anytime of the day helping you to account for students. There is a central map to locate where everyone is at when they check in. > > **Cons**: The struggles with the software are that it is still relatively new so there are a few bugs that they are working out. When we started it was a challenge making sure that the data was properly recorded from the SIS. When we first engaged the software we though there would be more templates related to the emergency information that needs to be provided in the system. There is some and it is helpful but there was the hope that there would be more resources available.
