> **Pros**: I love the support we get from the Plan TRAK team. When a site reaches out with questions or access issues, i simply refer them to someone with Plan TRAK and they handle it. It's super important since no one in our department would have time to deal with these constant questions.

> **Cons**: I wish we'd set it up to ensure sites were uploading the CORRECT forms (instead of just any file) and that the forms were completed correctly. We just dont have the time to individually check each submission.

> Monthly/Annual UST Walkthrough checklists are the primary use of Plan TRAK and ensures they're being done.
