Despite several follow-ups, including multiple emails to the support and risk control teams, no one provided a specific reason or evidence for the suspension. The only explanation given was a vague reference to “alerts from providers and authorities.” As a legitimate B2B organization, we had clear communication about our intended use before purchasing, and not once were we told that our operations might be non-compliant. To make matters worse, after the purchase, their sales representative stopped responding, and we had to activate the plan on our own. When the issue occurred, customer support completely failed to assist, and even after escalating the matter directly to the founders, we received no reply or resolution. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with a SaaS platform. I expected professionalism, transparency, and accountability — instead, I got silence and a blocked account.
