I looked into replacing Shift at once stage, reviewing a number of different open source or cheaper alternatives, but none came close. Support is always responsive and super helpful. I use Shift on a daily basis. I no longer need to maintain multiple email clients, browsers and other applications. I've never had to call customer support.
