> **Pros**: Ease of use. It doesn't take time to learn and you will get a lot more and most people understand how to use the system intuitively and this has made training much easier and adaptation much faster.

> **Cons**: You cannot make date ranges or select certain columns in the export and there must be people involved behind it entering the information in order to get good results
> 
> For me, I didn't encounter many problems as it was working well in transactions and ease of use.

Lead Method and the team at Lead Method offered to integrate their tool(s) into our current process. This made for easier training and much quicker adaption.

> **Cons**: I sat here for a while to think of a thing or things I don't like, I am struggling to find something that I can list as a "Con". Any concerns we have had we addressed with the team at Lead Method and they found solutions.... not workarounds, but real solutions to our concerns.
