Best in Class HR and Benefits Platform
Comments: Rippling is by far the best HR and benefits management platform that I have seen. My best experience was in getting help about my FSA/HSA questions. The team at Rippling was super helpful in helping me understand and clarify my questions. Apart from that, the overall UI makes it seamless to navigate to the required information.
Pros:
Rippling as an HR management and benefits software solution is easy to use and intuitive, and the help support is the best in class. I've used Rippling as an employee and also as a manager, and it is very straightforward as to where to go to look up my benefits, pay statements, and understand the structure or the site. I've also used it as a manager and it is easy to approve time off requests, look at org charts, etc.
Cons:
This is not a con per se but being a data professional, I would love to see more analytics provided as an employee that consolidates my pay data into a visual dashboard so I can see my pay, taxes, etc. for different years (and year to date).
Go for Rippling - without a doubt, it's useful.
Comments: Super easy to get started, has a super easy learning curve, superb functionality, and is a literal lifesaver for remote work across geographic lines.
Pros:
The information that is often needed but is scattered and can be collated is collated here. People sometimes fail to understand that, even though employers or recruiters might be open to telling the employees or emailing the employees the details that they ask for, without bias and promptly, it is still less preferable than having all the relevant information on demand, in one location. It adds to the usability and convenience while removing an obstacle.
Cons:
Engineering bugs. A product at this level cannot have engineering bugs show up in production. Errors should have try-catch blocks. The process should add relevant hold timers and checks so that incidents like emailing a rippling link to the employees, which isn't yet active on the platform, are avoided.

Charged $2,000+ in erroneous fees and 6 month in with no resolution, mining staff data for sales
Comments: Unresponsive and way too expensive for the quality of services. We've been charged over $2,000 in erroneous fees for payroll errors they caused and have not fixed, despite 6+ months of multiple help tickets submitted.
Pros:
Their sales team and customer service was helpful in the initial stages when they were soliciting our business. After that, things went downhill.
Cons:
We've used Rippling since 2022 as an all-in-one HR and Payroll provider platform and it's been a nightmare. Their payroll system does not allow for the most basic exemptions based on certain qualifications and they've charged us over $2,000 in fees for missing tax agency accounts that we never needed to set up in the first place. We've been fighting for more than 6 months to resolve it and keep hitting a brick wall of AI response and closed cases with no actual resolution. Their customer service is abysmal once they have your money and a contract. They've also been mining our employee's profiles to soliciting their personal emails for sales pitches. Stay away.

Our team confirmed with the customer and their new accountant that the exemptions were not compliant and verified that the customer is required to set up state tax agency accounts and complete filings. Our team is working directly with the customer to assist with ensuring that their accounts are set up properly and their filings are accurate and in good standing.

Pros:
- Fast user experience. - Quick access and single sign-on to Benefits, HSA, 401k account. - Ability to split up the paycheck into 2 different bank accounts.
Cons:
Accessing Benefits section from phone is challenging. I had to turn the phone to the side to be able to read it otherwise all the data is merged when holding vertically.

Rippling has given us the ability to automate many of the mundane HR tasks so that we are freed up to be strategic partners with our organization. Incredible customer service. Easy user end experience.
Cons:
A few features within the system are somewhat limited; however, Rippling has been very responsive to suggestions and is working on implementing them
