### "No way to cancel leads to SCAM and lack of credibility" — 1.0/5

> **Cons**: Despite that we have been partners and clients for two years, we have also encountered a very serious problem, which is the impossibility of deleting one's banking data, without having recourse to a cancellation of the card by the bank... Even we DELETED our credit card from their system, they charged us for a whole new year, which leads us to a very serious problem.

It seems that this is done on purpose and we had no other measure than scale that to a legal problem (no company should use a credit card that has been deleted from their system).

It's a shame that after two years working together, this had lead to some kind of scam: Impossibility to downgrade or delete the credit card card and no refund policy from their side.

I have to add that I personally exchanged emails with their \[sensitive content hidden\], who worked with us trying to add features to their product, and who responded to us when we needed to hire the services, but now he has now answered our requirement of chargeback so far. It's a shame seeing the lack of responsibility we had to experience with this company.

The customer support was very rude with us, so I can only recommend one thing to you: run away from using pointagram if you don't want to be scammed and your money be stolen
