> **Pros**: The dashboard viability allows one person to oversee hundreds of daily load.   You can quickly see what load are not covered and assure the issue is resolved.  The dock appointment system has saved a significant amount of money in truck detention.

> **Cons**: The flexibility of making on the fly changes to the available dock appointments is an issue that needs to be addressed.  Not being able to block holidays for incoming tenders makes our carriers work when they should be enjoying some family time.

> **Pros**: Princeton software is easy to use and gives a full spectrum of TMS functionality.  The presentation and design are top notch and make the user experience effortless and smooth. Software speed is quick when queuing up requests. Columns are easy to sort and move into the position most desired adding to the use of the software.  Customer support is strong and adds that next layer of personality to the Princeton TMX package.
