The interface is clean, and before payment, their sales team was extremely responsive — sometimes calling and messaging multiple times per day. > > **Cons**: Everything falls apart after payment. The platform caused serious tracking conflicts with our existing Meta Pixel setup — duplicate events, corrupted data, and a ROAS drop of over 50%. Despite presenting clear technical evidence, the team avoided responsibility, offered vague responses, and refused a refund. The system simply did not work with our SaaS environment. Their support was slow, evasive, and ultimately unhelpful. > > By far the worst experience I’ve had with any ad tech tool. The team behind Enhencer is completely unprofessional. Before you pay, they contact you relentlessly — calling and messaging multiple times per day. At one point, someone even jokingly introduced themselves as “\[sensitive content hidden\]” — that gives you an idea of how seriously they treat potential clients. But once the payment goes through? The communication disappears. Slow replies, empty promises, and no real solutions. Their service simply does not work as advertised. In my case, it caused a direct conflict with our Meta tracking setup — duplicated events, broken data, and a massive drop in campaign performance. I had to manually disable their tags myself, and even after providing clear technical proof that their system caused the issue — they refused to issue a refund. Instead, they offered to “extend the package,” which had never worked properly in the first place. This is not intelligent optimization. It’s a set of half-working tags and promises that break your data and hurt your business. If you care about your marketing, your data, and your results — stay far away from Enhencer. Don’t fall for the fake AI marketing pitch.
