> **Pros**: Since we started working with e-bot7, they do exceed our expectations. What we especially like is the dashboard, since it provides great insights on analytics. Also, the contextual dialogue editor is extremely intuitive and easy to use (no technical knowledge required). Overall, the AI is very simple and powerful. We do absolutely recommend to go with e-bot7 in case you are seeking to automate your customer service\! We switched from another vendor; e-bot7 stands out.

> **Pros**: Thanks to e-bot7 we were able to scale our customer support in an incredibly short time through handling significantly more requests. At the same time, we reduced our customer service costs by about 30%. Furthermore, there are several other advantages that we like such as being able to easily personalize and optimize the customer service experience as well as e-bot7's support in any matter along our chatbot journey.

> **Cons**: We have experienced issues with the embed script which limited our ability to work with the chatbot. However, e-bot7 was instantly available and solved all of the issues.

> Our customers were left frustrated often times due to long waiting times that resulted from a continuous growth of our customer base. Hence, automating customer service was very important to us. Additionally, we did not expect to reduce our customer service costs that much.
