> **Pros**: Sowohl papier- als auch online-Umfragen sind rasch und effizient durchzuführen, Fragebögen kann man sehr einfach gestalten, und auch jemanden übertragen, der sich im System nicht so gut auskennt

> **Cons**: Ich komme aus dem Gesundheitswesen - evasys kommt ursprünglich aus dem Hochschulwesen und hat auch die meisten Kunden aus diesem Bereich. Manche Lösungen passen aber nicht so gut für das Gesundheitswesen bzw. wären manchmal andere Lösungen für diesen Bereich erforderlich.

> Wir arbeiten mittlerweile schon mehr als 15 Jahre mit EvaSys. Das Programm ist sehr vielseitig einsetzbar, nicht nur für klassische Zufriedenheitsbefragungen, sondern auch für diverse Erhebungen/Abfragen, die man zuvor mühevoll über Excel-Listen per Mail gemacht hat. Ich persönlich bin, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, sehr zufrieden damit, es können auch viele Kollegen nach kurzer Einschulung damit arbeiten und die laufenden Weiterentwicklungen sind auch sehr gut.

> **Pros**: Benutzerfreundlich und relativ leicht zu adminstrieren. Das OnPremise angeboten und unterstützt wird ist nicht immer selbsverständlich, wir aber gerne diesen Zustand witerhin geniessen wollen und das gerne weiterhin in Anpruch nehmen

> **Cons**: bei Änderungen z.B. IP oder mail Server muss immer gleich die Lizenz neu angepasst werden. Das ist dann doch erher unvorteilhaft.
> 
> Ich erstelle keine Umfragen und bin daher nur oberflächlich im Thema, aber die Kaolleg\*Innen sind sehr zufrieden
