There were a lot of times that I couldn’t get in to see what clients I had for the day, or I couldn’t find their color formula because I couldn’t even log into the system. Every time they make an update, it seems to throw everything off. They are continuously raising the prices and making different tiers, which is normal, but they are trying to add too much too quickly. The system cannot keep up with it. They do not follow up with their members to see what they like and what they don't like.
