> **Cons**: Few areas are there that can be improved for e.g. Automatic mapping of assets between additional and pending data with a common reference, dashboard can be more interactive. Operations team need to improve on client management and project completion timelines. Further there should be a dedicated customer management team which can cater for all issues and work as one stop contact to the client for all problems related to the project execution and closure.

> Overall the experience is average. The Teach team is quite supportive and available when required however in terms of timely completion of project and expediting the process there are gaps which should be seriously taken care.
